Previously, we purchased various types of pasta to evaluate their flavor; everyone was pleasant. This was due to planning an important event. Subsequently, we bought a large amount of products, including a kilogram of Parmesan cheese; Unfortunately, the cheese showed signs of decomposition (mold) and could not be used. We had to purchase another one from a different supplier due to the urgency of the event. When trying to contact the branch by phone, the employee showed an uncooperative attitude, limited herself to offering excuses and did not provide any solution. The total amount of the purchase exceeded $2,700, of which $800 corresponded to the cheese. We only requested a refund of the amount of the unusable cheese, but the employee refused to do so and did not return the call, claiming that she would consult with the owners. The pasta is good, but with this experience, we no longer consider it convenient to buy there. It seems like they'd rather lose $2,000+ in sales by not solving an $800 problem.

The pasta is good, the ravioli are getting smaller and smaller. An excellent place to buy fresh pasta, to prepare at home. Reasonable price quality.
