I've visited Ítanos (Quinta Camacho) restaurant more than 40 times since I've lived in Bogotá. It's always been an excellent choice when looking for something convenient, quick, and delicious, with good and very friendly service. However, on my recent visits, I've noticed certain details that have diminished the experience.nnThe customer service isn't as warm as it used to be; the waiters' attitude is distant and unwelcoming. On the terrace, which is a pet-friendly area, the tables are quite worn, the paint is worn, and the furniture looks neglected. The bathroom also needs urgent attention: the trash can was full, there was no paper towel to dry hands, and the toilet paper dispenser was dirty.nnThe food wasn't bad, but it has lost that special touch it once had. The meats lacked salt and flavor. Even details like offering water to pets—something that used to be customary—are no longer seen.nnStill, I value what Ítanos represents and hope you can take these comments as an opportunity to improve!

It's a good place to eat with family or friends. The food is delicious, they have good wines, and the service is good, though it could be better. The place is pleasant, clean, and organized. Recommended.
