My husband and I stopped for an after dinner drink on Friday. The drinks were delicious! I had the Basal Mojito and he had some sort of berry infused Bourbon cocktail. Both were very refreshing and had layers of taste to savor.nWhile enjoying our drinks, we observed the owner’s kindness by allowing a few children to come in out of the rain. He ate his dinner while they played on his phone. You can tell the locals love him. He was patient and kind.nWe also saw what other patrons ordered to eat and the food looked delicious. So tonight, my husband and I returned to eat dinner.nThe food did not disappoint! I had the Linguini Piccata and my husband had Lasagna Bolognese. We had garlic bread with our entrees as well.nFor dessert he had the cheesecake with caramel drizzle and I had the Tiramisu.nEverything was filled with mouthwatering flavor and cooked to order with fresh ingredients.nWhile dining, we observed the wait staff and owner be very attentive and accommodating to every patron. The owner made sure that each person understood the menu options and all patrons were able to make choices to meet their individual preferences and tastes.nThe owner exudes a passion for delicious food and definitely has the gift of hospitality. You can tell he loves his restaurant and delights in creating new specialties for his guests to enjoy.nWe highly recommend Sobremesa! Thank you to the chef, staff, and owner for a delightful evening!!!nWe highly recommend this restaurant if you ever visit Antigua.
